Abby is an Adventurer, Life coach, Speaker and Host of The Wanderlusters Mind Podcast. She works with adventures and travellers to help them find their purpose, harmony and step into the best version of themselves.

Abby has always been curious to explore the world. She was talented enough to embark on a sporting career that took her all over Australia and the World. Competing at national and international competitions in Beach Sprinting, Bobsledding and Roller Derby.

In 2009, at the peak of her sprinting career, Abby ruptured her Achilles tendon, leaving her sidelined with a 7 month rehab regime. Soon after, she created radical change and ditched her successful sporting career, work and the city life. She bought a ticket to Buenos Aires and travelled through South America before landing in Canada where she lived for 3 years working as a Remedial Massage Therapist.

In 2014 Abby returned to Australia, to a home she didn’t recognise anymore. Her adventures had changed her and she couldn’t relate to so many people and so many other things. Seeking her next adventure in 2015 Abby set out on an epic expedition to paddle across Bass Strait having never been in a sea kayak before.

Abby believes that travel and adventure require courage, perseverance and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone. Exploring the world promotes personal growth, self-awareness and a new perspective. She is inspired by life and living it to its full potential in every area. Her mission is to inspire others to do the same by challenging life and the status quo.
